in 1986 by Salvador “Chiri” Vasallo.
1989
Cristalia is sold to The Pepsi Cola Puerto Rico Bottling Company with the aim of promoting its marketing and distribution throughout the island.
1999
Pepsico PR sells the Cristalia division
to a group of local investors.
2012
Pac Tech International, a company of the Dominican
group Diesco Industries, acquires all of Cristalia’s assets.
2018
Physical facilities expand exponentially with
